What is an eSIM?

An eSIM is a digital SIM built into your phone. Instead of inserting a plastic card, you install a profile by scanning a QR code. Many recent iPhone, Google Pixel and Samsung Galaxy models support it.

Will my phone work with an eSIM?

Your phone needs to support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. Use our compatibility checker, or look for an "Add eSIM" option in your phone's mobile or cellular settings.

When should I install it?

Install it before your trip while you're on Wi-Fi. The plan's validity only starts when the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination.

Can I make calls?

These plans are data only. You can still use apps like WhatsApp, FaceTime or Signal for calls over data, and keep your regular SIM active for texts.

What if it doesn't work?

Contact us and we'll help you get connected. If we can't fix it and you haven't used the data, you can ask for a refund under our refund policy.
