Install your eSIM on iPhone

Takes about two minutes. Connect to Wi-Fi first, and keep your QR code or eSIM email to hand.

Install on Android

Option 1: scan the QR code

  1. Open the QR code on another screen (your laptop, or a printed copy).
  2. On your iPhone, open Settings, then Mobile Data (or Cellular), then Add eSIM.
  3. Tap Use QR Code and scan the code.
  4. Tap Continue, then follow the prompts. When asked, label the new line “Travel”.

Option 2: install with one tap

  1. On iPhone with iOS 17.4 or later, open your eSIM email or order page on the iPhone itself.
  2. Tap Install on this iPhone and follow the prompts.

Option 3: enter the details manually

  1. Open Settings, then Mobile Data, then Add eSIM, then Use QR Code.
  2. Tap Enter Details Manually.
  3. Copy the SM-DP+ address and the activation code from your order page or email.

When you land

  1. Open Settings, then Mobile Data.
  2. Under Mobile Data, choose your Travel line.
  3. Tap the Travel line and turn on the line and Data Roaming.
  4. Keep your usual line for calls and texts if you want, and turn off its Data Roaming to avoid charges.
